Here’s what you can expect from the group:

  • 3 dinner recipes emailed to you each Friday for the upcoming week.  Recipes will take 30-45 minutes to prepare and make enough for two meals.
  • Grocery shopping list for the week, emailed along with the recipes.
  • Time saving meal preparation suggestions
  • Weekly suggestions for healthy fast casual meals to eat out
  • General nutrition guidelines that equip you to make healthy food choices on your own
  • Access to a private Facebook group for support and idea sharing
  • A group buddy who shares similar goals for additional support and accountability
