My name is Chris Bhutta, and I’m a certified personal trainer through NCCPT with a specialty certification in pre- and postnatal fitness through Fit for Birth. I’m also a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200) with Yoga Alliance, as well as a Metabolic Effect certified nutrition coach.
Maintaining a healthy lifestyle took on renewed importance when I became pregnant with my first daughter in 2012. I exercised regularly throughout pregnancy (I even taught a spin class the day before I delivered!) and ate a healthy diet. I believe these two things contributed to a positive pregnancy experience and a swift postpartum recovery. I now hope to help other moms have a similar experience.

When I’m not working with clients, you can probably find me in one of two places: in the kitchen experimenting with new healthy recipes, or on a bike trail pulling my daughters in a trailer!
