My name is Chris Bhutta, and I’m an ISSA-certified elite personal trainer. I hold specialty certifications in pre- and postnatal fitness through Fit for Birth and corrective exercise through ISSA. I’m also a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200) with Yoga Alliance and hold nutrition coaching certifications through both ISSA and Metabolic Effect.
Maintaining a healthy lifestyle took on renewed importance when I became pregnant with my first daughter in 2012. I exercised regularly throughout pregnancy (I even taught a spin class the day before I delivered!) and ate a healthy diet. I believe these two things contributed to a positive pregnancy experience and a swift postpartum recovery. I now help other moms have a similar experience.

When I’m not working with clients, you can probably find me in one of two places: in the kitchen, experimenting with new healthy recipes, or outside, racking up the miles on my road bike!
